Your Impact
As a Senior Accountant, you’ll drive financial excellence through:

• Managing month-end close processes
• Preparation of Supplemental GAAP schedules and quarter-end deliverables for seed investments
• Reviewing NAV packages for the Firm’s hedge fund and performing capital allocations
• Preparing regulatory filings and financial statements
• Serving as a liaison with auditors and cross-functional teams
• Providing investment-related information, identifying and explaining key variances, and creating commentary for monthly reports

Your Required Skills
To excel in this role, you should possess:

• A BA in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience
• CPA certification is advantageous
• 5+ years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in both public accounting and private industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail orientation and effective communication
• Excellent multitasking abilities and time management
• Proficiency in Excel, with knowledge of Epicor and Oracle as a plus

Salary Range: The base salary for this role ranges from $110,000 to $115,000, with variations based on experience, skills, and location. Eligibility for their annual incentive program is subject to individual and organizational performance.
