What You Will Do

  • Appear in court
  • Negotiate with adversaries
  • Correspond with clients
  • Legal research
  • Case preparation
  • Trial preparation
  • Participate in court proceedings
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies
  • Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients

What They Need From You

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the state bar association
  • 0-3 years of experience as an attorney
  • Strong knowledge of legal research methods and resources
  • Proficiency in drafting legal documents and conducting legal analysis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to litigate cases effectively in court
  • Strong legal research skills to gather relevant information for cases
  • Experience in legal drafting, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
  • Knowledge of legal administrative procedures and practices
  • Negotiation skills to reach favorable settlements for clients
  • Excellent writing skills to draft clear and concise legal documents
