Your Role: Transformative Leadership
As Vice President of Client Services, you’ll report directly to the SVP and play a transformative role in redefining client support and success for a broad spectrum of financial institutions. What You’ll Do

  • Build, lead, and inspire the Client Services team to set and achieve ambitious goals while fostering a culture centered on client success and operational excellence.
  • Develop and execute strategies that modernize client-facing processes, ensuring scalability and sustainability.
  • Design and implement efficient onboarding and implementation processes that drive rapid client activation and value realization.
  • Partner closely with Product, IT, and digital teams to ensure client feedback shapes product enhancements and priorities.
  • Support the rollout of a state-of-the-art Salesforce CRM solution to enhance support workflows, success tracking, and overall team efficiency.
  • Establish, monitor, and refine KPIs and SLAs to ensure continuous improvement in onboarding, client service, and success metrics.
  • Oversee complex client inquiries with effective triage, escalation, and resolution processes.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and internal advocate for clients, ensuring seamless experiences and strong cross-department collaboration.
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and self-service solutions to streamline workflows and enhance client satisfaction.

    What They Are Looking For
  • BA / BS degree in a relevant field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred.
  • 10+ years in client service operations, customer success, or related roles, ideally in FinTech, banking, or financial services.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams, drive process transformations, and manage change effectively.
  • Strong experience implementing scalable processes and delivering operational improvements.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and modern client engagement tools.
  • Outstanding skills in stakeholder management and collaboration.
  • A track record of success in fast-paced, evolving environments.
