Global FinTech Firm is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and resourceful individual to join its Human Resources Group for a Temporary Assignment as a Human Resources Coordinator. You will be on the Learning & Development or Campus Recruiting Team. Coordinators help execute a range of people-related initiatives to attract, engage, and develop talent, working closely with colleagues across the organization to deliver high-quality, professional programs and events. This position offers opportunities to contribute to a collaborative, dynamic environment that values initiative and creative problem solving. A high performer in this role may be considered for full-time employment at the firm.

This role is great for a college graduate with one to two (1-2) years of experience in a professional setting.  Great for someone out of “the arts” (artists, writers, etc.) that would like to work full-time while supporting their craft.

They work in a hybrid model where employees will be in the office Tuesdays through Thursdays, with the option to work from home on Mondays and Fridays.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s Degree required (in any field of study).
  • One to Two (1-2) years of Professional Experience required (in roles involving multitasking, problem solving, and event or project coordination preferred).
  • Solid organizational and project management skills, with keen attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to build relationships across a variety of groups.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment when handling confidential information.
  • Adaptability, curiosity, and a collaborative approach, with an openness to taking on a variety of tasks and responsibilities.
  • Client-service orientation and an interest in improving processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

RESPONSIBILITIES OVERVIEW

  • Responsible for end-to-end coordination of talent-related programs, including managing logistics, scheduling, communications, and set-up for in-person and virtual events.
  • Engage with a variety of stakeholder groups both inside and outside the firm to facilitate learning, connection, and engagement opportunities.
  • Track participation data, maintain accurate records, collect feedback to inform improvements, and assist with efforts to enhance program design and delivery.
  • Play a key role in ensuring initiatives are executed flawlessly, from planning through post-event follow-up.
