We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to join one of the nation’s leaders and most respected providers of deposit funding and securities-based lending solutions to the banking / financial services industry.  In this highly visible senior sales associate position, your role is to expand the firm’s footprint across all bank and trust core platforms and spearhead collaboration with channel partners to drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with channel partners to drive partner sales.
  • Build personal relationships with management, technical, and channel field sales representatives.
  • Assist in identifying and recruiting new channel partners.
  • Participate in the onboarding of new bank clients.
  • Provide technical support to the Firm’s bank and trust channel platforms.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and relationship management teams to advocate for channel partners’ training and content needs to improve performance and bank client retention.
  • Provide channel platform feedback to ensure the Firm’s offering maintains a competitive position in the marketplace.
  • Attend bank and trust channel platform industry conferences to increase Firm exposure.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and new practices.
  • Assist in maintaining the channel platform databases, CRM contacts, and key performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance is preferred, but your experience and drive speak louder.
  • 5-7 years of bank core processor-related sales experience.
  • In-depth expertise in treasury management, liquidity strategies, and deposit sweeps.
  • The autonomy to thrive in a home office setting, with the agility to travel extensively.
  • A solid grasp of the FDIC and federal banking regulations.
