Your Role

As a Senior RFP Associate, you will play a pivotal role in elevating our client’s business development and client service efforts. Your expertise in crafting compelling RFP answers, in collaboration with Product Specialists, Relationship Managers, and other experts, will be instrumental in producing persuasive proposals for our suite of equity products in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.

Your Specific Responsibilities

• Write high volumes of RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, and client updates for Institutional and Retail prospects/clients.
• Coordinate with internal departments for timely completion and suitability review of RFPs/RFIs.
• Manage the review/draft process from kickoff to completion.
• Effectively write technical investment material.
• Develop a deep understanding of client needs to customize responses effectively.
• Contribute to maintaining firm and product language in RFP software.
• Ensure compliance and record-keeping standards are met.
• Provide value-added service to Distribution teams in materials production.

The Expertise They Require

• Bachelor’s Degree
• CFA is a significant plus.
• Minimum five years of RFP experience in investment management.
• Strong understanding of investment management business and product categories.
• Direct experience creating technical, strategy-focused RFP content is a plus
• Exceptional writing, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to develop effective internal/external relationships.
• Proficiency in time and project management.
• Leadership qualities with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of Qvidian RFP software preferred.

What They Offer

The base salary range for this role is $130,000 to $145,000, plus an annual discretionary bonus**
