Our client, a NYC-based investment firm, is seeking an exceptional individual to join their Portfolio Management team. This role offers the opportunity to oversee more than $1B in managed high-net-worth client accounts, a task that requires a high level of client service skills and expertise. In this highly visible role, you’ll be working alongside a dynamic group, including Partners, Portfolio Associates, and a Research Analyst.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Address client inquiries and troubleshoot issues effectively
  • Provide expert advice on account-related matters
  • Prepare client materials for account review meetings
  • Analyze data for portfolio positioning
  • Collaborate with the team on investment decisions
  • Execute trading programs with precision and attention to detail
  • Collaborate with Shared Services teams for seamless client administration
  • Utilize technology to streamline processes and enhance team performance
  • Demonstrate ownership and initiative in daily tasks and projects
  • Ensure accuracy in billing and account maintenance

What You’ll Bring:

  • BA / BS degree
  • 2-4 years of financial services industry experience (wealth management experience highly preferred)
  • An active Series 7 license is a must
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in technology, including PMS, CRM, and Microsoft Excel
  • Intellectual curiosity and a proactive mindset
