Your Role and Impact:
Working in their local branch office, you’ll develop customized financial plans that make a real difference. Using your sound judgment and their planning tools, you’ll engage directly with existing clients and warm leads, providing investment solutions and nurturing relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct financial planning discussions to present solutions that best meet client needs.
- Grow relationships through proactive outreach, understanding clients’ goals, and referring them to wealth management partners as needed.
- Use technology to efficiently prepare for and conduct one-on-one appointments, ensuring effective follow-up.
What They Need from You
- Active Series 7 & 66 (63 & 65) licenses are required
- A Bachelor’s degree and professional certifications like CFP are a plus.
- 2+ years managing client relationships
- Prior financial planning experience is paramount
- Strong understanding of various investment solutions
- Exemplary interpersonal skills, initiative, and the ability to exceed expectations.
- Outstanding communication and consultative skills, thriving in a fast-paced environment.

They offer a competitive total rewards package to recognize your achievements, including a stable base salary range of $65,000 – $68,000 per year for this position. **(placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities, geographic location, and your relevant experience)**
The base salary is only part of the total compensation package. The offer package also includes quarterly bonuses and/or other variable compensation ($110k-$115k first-year earnings), depending on the position and eligibility requirements.
