Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Collaboration: Conduct intake meetings with clients to establish candidate qualification criteria.
  • Strategic Sourcing: Publish job ads on career pages, job boards, and social media platforms.
  • Talent Acquisition: Proactively source and contact passive candidates online, utilizing platforms like LinkedIn.
  • Community Engagement: Network with potential candidates offline at job fairs and industry events.
  • Screening & Shortlisting: Evaluate applications, screen resumes, and provide clients with shortlists of top candidates.
  • Client Communication: Keep clients informed on hiring progress and prepare candidates for interviews.
  • Talent Pipeline Creation: Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of past applicants, including resumes and interview evaluations.
  • Relationship Management: Manage a portfolio of clients and foster strong, long-term relationships.

Qualifications:

  • We are looking for a recent college graduate with Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology and ideally some experience recruiting candidates. We deal primarily with Financial Services and Accounting roles .
  • Any proficiency in managing early hiring stages, including job posting, sourcing, screening, and interviewing is a plus.
  • Ability to interview in various formats (phone, in-person, group).
  • Understanding how to evaluate candidates across different roles and seniority levels.
  • Familiarity with resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
