Your Impact

In this newly created role, you’ll architect the company’s risk management frameworks and provide strategic oversight to executive leadership and the Board on organizational risks, emerging opportunities, and risk mitigation. Your expertise will shape the enterprise risk landscape and directly influence high-stakes decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive and enhance the ERM Program, focusing on Risk Assessments, Risk Appetite, and Key Risk Indicators.
  • Oversee and manage third-party vendor risk to ensure regulatory compliance and policy adherence.
  • Build strong partnerships across teams, enhancing transparency and risk management capabilities.
  • Conduct risk assessments to evaluate controls, prepare insights for leadership, and refine risk reporting.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to foster a risk-conscious culture and align teams on best practices.
  • Inform company strategy by staying on top of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks.
  • Champion employee education and training initiatives on operational and third-party risk management.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Operational or Third-Party Risk Management.
  • Banking or financial services industry experience.
  • Familiarity with risk frameworks, regulatory compliance, and vendor risk practices.
  • Strong MS Office skills, including PowerPoint; controls testing experience a plus.
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
