Your Impact

In this dynamic, client-facing leadership role, you’ll:

  • Lead multiple client engagements from planning to completion, ensuring high-quality tax compliance and advisory services.
    Manage corporate income tax planning, compliance, and ASC 740 income tax accounting (including provision preparation and audit support).
  • Supervise, train, and mentor team members—reviewing work, providing feedback, and fostering professional growth.
  • Review and refine tax returns prepared by staff, ensuring accuracy and identifying opportunities for tax optimization.
  • Conduct ASC 740 income tax provision reviews and advise clients on best practices.
  • Research complex tax issues and provide consultative solutions in partnership with subject matter experts.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships—collaborating with management to understand operations, business goals, and challenges.
  • Identify opportunities to expand services and strengthen client partnerships.
  • Stay current on emerging tax developments, tools, and best practices through ongoing professional education and firm training.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; Active CPA (NY or NJ) or Juris Doctorate required
  • 4–7 years of recent experience in public accounting /  corporate tax compliance
  • Proven expertise in ASC 740 provision preparation, review, or audit
  • Experience supporting large, multi-state, or multinational companies
  • Strong command of U.S. GAAP and corporate income tax regulations
  • Familiarity with OneSource Tax Provision preferred
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
  • Collaborative mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional client service
  • Ability to travel as needed
