What You’ll Do:
- Work hand-in-hand with the VP to build and lead a high-performing team, driving business results and delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Lead day-to-day branch operations, from risk management and compliance to resolving client concerns, ensuring a seamless experience for all.
- Foster an environment of trust and development through mentorship, coaching, and individualized support, empowering associates to reach their full potential.
- Champion the firm’s mission by connecting your team to its broader purpose, while applying leadership principles that inspire peak performance.
- Implement national initiatives while cultivating local business opportunities through client contact, marketing events, and community engagement.
What You Bring:
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but hands-on experience is highly valued.
- Active Series 7 & 66 (or 63 & 65) licenses required; must obtain Series 9/10 and Insurance licenses within 60 days.
- 5+ years of experience in financial services and planning
- 3+ years of management experience, preferably within the financial industry.
- CFP or CRPC certification is a plus.
- A proactive approach to client satisfaction and problem-solving, with the ability to motivate and lead teams to success.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and collaboration skills to drive results.
