<p>Leading, renowned, non-profit is looking for an experienced executive administrative support professional to join its organization as an Executive Assistant providing administrative, project management, and operational support for a Team of Executives. In this role, you will interact with several counterparts, both internal and external, develop an understanding of the organization’s administrative and strategic needs, demonstrate a willingness to take initiative, be able to help manage the executives’ priorities, and apply a high-level of confidentiality in work. You will also work independently on special and ongoing projects as assigned.</p>
<p>Hybrid role with Three (3) Days per Week in the Office (Mon, Tue, &amp; Thu) located on Park Avenue in the mid-50s, and Two (2) Days per Week Remote/Virtual.</p>
<p><strong>SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree is required.</li>
<li>Minimum of Ten (10) years of Experience providing Administrative and Operational Support to Senior-level Executives or Teams with demonstrated increases in responsibility over time.</li>
<li>Proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment by balancing competing priorities and multi-tasking effectively.</li>
<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills with professional presentation.</li>
<li>Growth mindset and openness to learn and take on new responsibilities over time.</li>
<li>Experience supporting the planning, organizing, and managing of work effort for projects.</li>
<li>Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.</li>
<li>Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.</li>
<li>Proven ability to work independently with minimal direction and supervision, with strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational and time management skills.</li>

<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES</strong> (include but not limited to)</p>
<ul>
<li>Manage the administrative and operational functions for a team by undertaking a wide range of delegated tasks and assignments.</li>
<li>Manage busy calendars and schedules, including meeting prioritization.</li>
<li>Engage via email and phone with senior leaders from other companies to request and schedule meetings.</li>
<li>Coordinate logistical arrangements for meetings including drafting agendas, distributing meeting materials as needed, ensuring meeting follows the agenda, taking notes on next steps during meetings and sharing with manager(s).</li>
<li>Provide status updates on pending work and researches answers to questions before posing to manager.</li>
<li>Plan and coordinate arrangements for major events including monitoring RSVPs, creating event schedule, arranging guest seating, preparing place cards, organizing room layouts, coordinating catering menu and setup, printing materials, managing IT requirements, and handling transportation, travel, accommodations, and any giveaways for the event.</li>
<li>Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare expense reports, documentation, and filings.</li>
<li>Support the processing and approval of invoices and subscriptions for respective teams.</li>
<li>Coordinate in-person and virtual advisory board meetings by communicating with advisory board members, preparing meeting agendas, managing room/Zoom set-up, processing honoraria and travel expenses.</li>
<li>Maintain organized physical and digital files, templates, trackers, records, and contacts.</li>
<li>Manage vendor contracts/contracting process for relevant projects.</li>
<li>Coordinate orientation activities for new hires with oversight by department leads.</li>
<li>Manage and conduct ad hoc projects and research as needed.</li>
<li>Collaborate with and develop strong relationships with administrative staff and employees across the organization.</li>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Multi-million dollar, solidly established International Fashion Company is looking for an experienced, strategic and detail-oriented individual to join its Team as an E-commerce Merchandising &amp; Buying Manager. In this role, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for several of the firm’s digital stores from line planning and buying to site merchandising and conversion optimization. This role plays a critical part in driving sales performance by ensuring we have the right product, in the right place, at the right time paired with a compelling online shopping experience.</p>
<p>This is a Hybrid role; Monday-Thursday in Office and Friday is Remote; 9am-5pm Daily.</p>
<p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree required.</li>
<li>Minimum of Five (5) years of Merchandising &amp; Buying Experience within the E-com Fashion Industry, with proven expertise in trend analysis, assortment planning, and driving sales through strategic product selection.</li>
<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills; Entrepreneurial spirit and strong problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Strong analytical and retail math skills.</li>
<li>In depth understanding of Open to Buy and financial metrics to drive it.</li>
<li>Strong commercial product eye, informed by data and ability to identify key market trends and opportunities.</li>
<li>Familiarity with Web analytics (Google Analytics) and A/B testing.</li>
<li>Able to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.</li>

<p><strong>Product Buying &amp; Line Planning</strong></p>

<li>Identify product opportunities and gaps based on performance, customer demand, and market trends.</li>
<li>Build and manage relationships with wholesale team and cross functional partners to deliver the best quality product during optimal selling periods.</li>
<li>Forecast product demand and place buy orders in alignment with inventory targets, sales goals, and budget constraints.</li>
<li>Own reporting on product, category, and promotional performance to inform future buying and merchandising decisions.</li>
<li>Track KPIs including revenue, gross margin, inventory turn, AOV, and sell-through.</li>
<li>Conduct in-season and post-season analysis and identify learnings for future planning.</li>
<li>Manage SKU lifecycle from introduction to markdown or phase-out, ensuring inventory productivity.</li>
<li>Collaborate with VP/E-commerce and Planning on replenishment, open-to-buy (OTB), and margin management.</li>
<li>Partner with operations, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure inventory availability and a seamless post-purchase experience.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>E-commerce Merchandising</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Own the digital merchandising strategy: monthly editorial stories and home page layout for individual websites.</li>
<li>Comp shop relevant competitor sites and apps for promotional activity, product and navigation opportunities.</li>
<li>Stay on top of current market site trends and technology enhancements.</li>
<li>Develop seasonal merchandising calendars aligned with marketing, promotions, and product drops.</li>
<li>Brief all asset needs in Asana and in person to creative team and graphic designers.</li>
<li>Own product set up in system and ensure product data accuracy (descriptions, images, pricing, tags) and to help maximize SEO and conversion.</li>
<li>Maintain PLPs and PDPs to drive optimal conversion and customer engagement</li>
<li>Plan and execute digital promotions in coordination with VP/E-commerce, Planning and Wholesale teams.</li>
<li>Work closely with UX partners to leverage analytics to monitor product performance (CTR, conversion rate, units sold, return rate) and adjust strategies accordingly.</li>
