Responsibilities You’ll Own:
- Establish and oversee content processes, ensuring smooth communication and efficiency.
- Maintain a well-organized, searchable content library that drives productivity.
- Partner with subject matter experts to ensure high-quality, accurate, and consistent content.
- Design and manage the platform roadmap, keeping up with industry trends and platform enhancements.
- Streamline processes to improve scalability and workflow within the organization.
- Provide users training, support, and guidance, ensuring optimal platform use.
- Monitor platform usage and metrics, adapting strategies to maximize efficiency.
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure continued platform success.
What You’ll Bring:
- BA / BS degree
- 8+ years in content management within financial services.
- Experience with Qvidian is required
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work well in a time-sensitive environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of JIRA is a tremendous plus.
