Your Role in Catalyzing Growth
In this non-prospecting role, you’ll serve as more than just a Financial Consultant; you’ll be a trusted advisor offering personalized financial planning and guidance through face-to-face client interactions as they look to reach their retirement goals.

Expertise They Are Looking For

  • A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; however, experience counts
  • Active Series 7 & 63 licenses—non-negotiable
  • Additional Series 65 or 66 and state registrations are a tremendous plus
  • CFP certification is a tremendous plus
  • Previous success in building relationships, uncovering needs, and recommending solutions
  • Keen ability to present complex solutions to a knowledgeable client base while building rapport and credibility
  • 5+ years of financial planning experience
  • A proactive mindset centered around client satisfaction and problem-solving.

They offer a competitive total rewards package to recognize associate achievements, including a stable base salary. The base salary range for this position is $70,000 – $75,000 per year. The total compensation package also includes quarterly bonuses and other variable compensation ($170k+ first year)

**Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, and relevant experience.
