Contract Negotiator at Global Fintech Firm
Job Description
An established, Global Hedge Fund/FinTech Firm is looking for an experienced Contract Negotiator to join its Legal & Compliance Team. The Contract Negotiator will play a key part in shaping agreements and supporting initiatives that drive the firm’s operations and growth. The role provides broad exposure to the firm’s activities.
They currently work on a hybrid model with Tuesdays through Thursdays in the office, with the option to work from home on Mondays and Fridays.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- One to Three (1-3) years of Work Experience and an Interest in Learning more about Legal and Commercial Risks.
- Excellent organizational and analytical abilities required.
- Proven editing, proofreading, and project-management skills required.
- Keen attention to detail required.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Review, negotiate, and maintain various agreements with potential counterparties, vendors, and consultants, including confidentiality/non-disclosure agreements and engagement letters.
- Assist in related project-based work, including creating and maintaining various contract templates, training guidelines, and process documents.
