Our client is a Fortune 500 global fintech that powers millions of financial transactions every day for institutions, merchants, and consumers worldwide. They’re seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support a Co-President at the executive level.

As an experienced C Suite professional, you will efficiently provide all administrative functions required to support the Co-President. You work well under pressure while remaining flexible and adaptable in a rapidly changing business environment.

What you’ll do:

  • Handle highly confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Navigate executive operations, corporate policies, and internal systems
  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting logistics; anticipate executive needs and prepare for domestic and international meetings/events
  • Monitor communications (email, calendar, text, MS Teams) to identify conflicts and ensure alignment
  • Liaise with senior leadership, Board members, Management Committee, and internal/external Executive Assistants
  • Coordinate all travel arrangements, including corporate aviation, and maintain travel schedules
  • Maintain contact database and process expense reports in a timely manner
  • Perform additional administrative support duties as needed

Experience you’ll need to have:

  • 5+ years of experience in supporting role to a leader within the Executive Suite.
  • 5+ years of experience anticipating the needs of an Executive, identifying potential issues, and finding solutions independently.
  • 5+ years of experience in proficiency working within the Microsoft platform, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • 5+ years of experience in strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with the CEO, Board, Management Committee members, and other assistants within the Executive Suite and provide support when needed.
  • 5+ years of experience in strong written skills, including word usage, spelling, punctuation, and grammar.
  • 5+ years of equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience.

Experience that would be great to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree a must
  • Prior experience supporting a leader within the Executive Suite of a Fortune 500 Company.
