What You’ll Do
- Inspire and develop your branch team through coaching, mentorship, and leadership by example.
- Drive business results by executing strategic growth plans and identifying local market opportunities.
- Oversee compliance, risk management, and operational excellence to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Build lasting relationships through community engagement and events that grow the firm’s visibility and reach.
What You Bring
- Active FINRA Series 7, 66 (or 63 & 65) licenses are required; additionally, you would be expected to obtain the Series 9/10 upon hire.
- 5+ years of financial services sales experience
- 3+ years of management within a financial services environment is highly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proven success in leading teams, building relationships, and driving business growth.
- A passion for coaching, innovation, and client-centered leadership.
