Working in their Madison Avenue Office located in the mid-50’s; Five (5) Days per Week; and 7:45am-5pm (flexibility required).
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Three to Twelve (3-12) years of Full-time Executive/Administrative Experience in a Professional Office Environment.
- Financial Services Experience is required.
- Strong MS Office Suite Skills required (especially Outlook and Excel).
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong sense of urgency.
- Very strong organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive work ethic.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Proactively manage a high volume of complex calendaring with sense of urgency and discretion.
- Communicate with corporate management teams, brokers, and expert network providers to coordinate corporate access, sell-side analyst interactions, and industry expert events.
- Collaborate effectively and form strong partnerships with the Administrative Team and Trading Desk.
- Oversee seasonal earnings processes.
- Provide comprehensive project management.
- Offer and execute ideas to enhance current systems and processes.
- Book conference travel.
- Coordinate monthly expenses.
- Complete ad hoc projects.
