As a Recruiter your responsibilities working with applicants would include sourcing, screening, and delivering candidates for existing requisitions. The recruiting process would entail utilizing and developing existing job descriptions. Additional responsibilities include recruiting and sourcing by way of internet, cold calling, networking events and personal referrals. You would be expected to acquire an understanding of job descriptions for required competencies, skills, and knowledge required of successful applicants You would pre-screen all candidates by utilizing a phone interview process.
For those on the client sales side, you would be responsible for business development of new and existing clients. You would be required to generate job requisitions. You would have constant development of new clients through research, cold calling, and canvassing. Additionally you will constantly be provided with job leads and new source material as well as that already existing in our database. You are free to solicit any industry segment and clients. We provide you with superior resources to service your clients by filling their requisitions.
